The bulk come from flight miles and status bonuses. Then there is my Citbank card, throw in a couple of AAvacations, rental cars. Having a corpoarte Diners for T&E helps too. I by no means track mileage offers, and I am still able to earn about 200~250K per year. It makes me wonder how much mileage I am missing out on.......

That and those trips when I have had to use UA, SQ, and WN....
