What is your status with IC? As RA you get Club which offers spectacular views at the CBD IC. Then again I was upgraded to large Bay View Suite at Double Bay. I'm a fan of both properties, but that might not be the case if I didn't have RA status. Yet if you don't have status, you can always buy your way up to Club.
