DT parking is under the hotel and I have never been charged as a Diamond. Hilton is $10 per day and only one exit or valet at around $15, price may have gone up since my last stay.
For $40 and if the extra cost is no concern go the Hilton as the lounge and view at breakfast is far superior then what the DT offer. Breakfast offerings about the same but the rooms are better at the Hilton and the pool is huge.
You could always split the stay between the two which is what I always do.
