Nope, it’s totally infeasible. On the way there you need to fly through SEA...and on the way back you need to fly through SEA with an overnight stop, unless you’re willing to take an a** early flight from IAH

If you really want to earn the AS miles (which doesn’t sound at all worth it in this case) you might try booking one ticket to LAX and another ticket from LAX to IAH on an AS-marketed, AA-operated flight. But keep in mind you’re not protected in the event of a misconnect.
