Indeed, I can only imagine when there are VVIPs that this can happen. And it is understandable in those situations, clearly.

But man what a huge punch to the nose for those who viewed FS as a top tier hotel. OP's story certainly will leave many mouths a very sour taste. Basically unless you're a VIP, be prepared to be treated like a nobody in case actual service is required.
