I am 2525 mile short of attaining Silver on Emirates but must do so by 28 Feb, which is impossible. I have confirmed ticket on EK from Dubai to Toronto where I earn almost 7000 miles.
If I email them you think there is anything they would do for me. I need tier miles which , to the best of my knowledge are not for sale.

It's doubtful they'd give you silver as you're still 10% short of the threshold. However, there's no harm trying - you've got nothing to lose.
