Check to confirm if you have or have not been upgraded by looking at your seat assignment. Also, call. Sometimes it shows "Not offered" when you have already cleared into J and it's a 772, which does not have F... meaning there's no upgrade from J -> F. It shows that for me sometimes when I'm flying 772s.
