One thing I've noticed with the Citi TY travel portal is that, the flight bookings are refundable. I'm not sure if this is just me, or this is very common. This is the 2nd time I used TY travel portal and both times they are refundable. I had to cancel the first flight due to travel change. This time it is again an international travel and I do not know the exact travel time yet.

The TY points are comparable with AA miles. About 38,000 points for trip from Shanghai to Bahamas....

If this is the trend, I may want to earn TY points and book at Citi. This is better than transferring to OneWorld.
