Okay, I have stayed there 5 nights and sort of regret it. (Hotel definitely not worth it, but at the same time the whole country is like that; I did not have much options in Phnom Pehn.)
Rooms are actually decent – but good things about this hotel end here.
Only one suite was functional at the time of my stay, and I have been getting all kinds of BS excuses for not giving it to me starting from misquoting Marriott policy and ending with lying that it's not ready at all. Got it on third day after the talk to GM.
Lounge is okay in terms of offerings, but too small, so it gets packed. In several instances I asked for the food to be refilled, and my request went ignored.
There were several functional issues: broken phone in the room (took about 20 min to fix it), leaking water (I hope so, no real idea what it was) on your head when exiting an elevator.
GM is Thai, he worked previously with SPG in Thailand.
Staff is hit and miss. The first (female) Duty manager I encountered was rude and unprofessional; another (male) Duty manager was nice and friendly. Lounge staff was polite, but service provided was below of what it should be.
Location is acceptable: not too near to anything, but okay if one is ready to walk or use Grab.
