A strange question, but here it goes:

I am flying YVR-HNL, then doing surface to KIX (via the CO/ Air Mike Island hopper).

I then, basically, want to fly KIX-Europe-USA. I will then have plenty of stopovers in the US.

I have the rules over and over, and I can't find anything that states I must have a stopover in each continent. Yet I seem to recall some sort of rule as such.

Can anyone provide insight?
