Much better ending for you compared to my last SQ experience. I left an expensive headphone at the seat in business class. I was one of the last to deplane in business. I noticed the missing item 15 minutes later and reported it but the plane door was shut and waiting for the next flight the next morning. I filed a report with seat number so that the cleaning crew going in first thing in the morning could recover the headphones. But they were never seen again.
