Yes you can, follow the overhead signs. You will have to take a bus. Make sure you hop on the correct bus as there are two routes one for T1 and T2 and a second bus for T4. The T1 and T2 bus just makes one stop and you will have to walk from the bust terminus to the correct terminal. Although no customs, passport control you will have to clear security (i.e. show a valid ticket or itinerary and a form of ID)
