There are many attractive restaurants in Ubud. I had only a few meals in Ubud, and can personally recommend these two:

Café Lotus – overlooks beautiful lotus pool and back of royal temple

Indus, just outside the main part of Ubud – beautiful setting by gorge – owned by Australian woman so great care for hygiene; interesting menu
