Does anyone have an idea about whether or not RAs are to be given a 20USD F&B credit, a benefit starting on Mar. 1st for ambassadors?

The credit seems like the one that can be used for mini-bar, so at last I can consume a half bottle of champagne without an extra charge, if it is given not only to non-RA ambassadors but also to RAs
