Humble Market Kitchen isn't totally enclosed. I mean, it can be, but they have outdoor seating with large glass doors in between. These doors were open when I was there.
It's Hawaii and "equity capital" owned. This property was slated to be a St. Regis many many years ago when it was still a Renaissance. Now it's akin to all the other properties in Maui over priced and under performing
