Got through to the NZ# just moments ago with no wait at all. No “system upgrade” issue either, and the agent was able to send an on-hold o/w J itinerary (jfk-auh-mle) for ticketing without issue. Waived the phone booking fee too. Now just waiting for the confirmation email.
