I actually asked about this. Assuming the woman at the front desk is correct, the Humble Market Kitchin is operated by a third party, but the Hapa restaurant, pool bar at the adventure pool with food truck, and Whale's Tale are all operated by the hotel. Not sure about the Starbucks.
