Yep, the rose tinted glasses have come off for me as far as the SGS is concerned. Service is roughly the same as StR so it is purely down to personal preference for the hard product and amenities + of course location. I would argue that the area around StR is somewhat more peaceful than SGS as you're a little was away from the main Sukhumvit strip and Rajadamri is more commercial/residential than anything else.
