Tried another supercenter today, and asked for a $999.11 MO. Same result as before -- DL required again. This is my first MO purchase in that supercenter, so not a regular there.
So far all the NM stores in the area operate without changes, i.e. DL not requested for MO purchases under $1K.
I hit up a few Wallys today, some.of them requested ID because they think the system will trigger it, but both ended up saying "oh, nevermind" once the computer did not require and returned my DL without entering any info in. I bought $999.12 in both instances.
