I agree the changes are common sense, but my goodness, yet again, what ridiculous wastes AF indulges in in the midst of dire times dilapidating time, money, and energy in useless and endless cycles of rebranding, reorganisation, half baked 'new' concepts and unnecessary complexities instead of focusing solely on the soundness and quality of the core business. So many things have improved (others have not) but they keep shooting themselves in the foot needlessly with those bureaucratic chimeras invariably designed to try and save some modicum of cost whilst appeasing permanently unhappy and arguably delusional unions.
