It's a shame that such a large number of members are having this much difficulty simply getting an ambassador assigned, let alone timely responses from one. Why rollout "Bonvoy" before
most of the merger issues are fixed. The Bonvoy brand is tarnished and Marriott has absolutely no excuse for this still to be an issue.
I was hoping this thread would have been about hotel experiences as an ambassador, but I understand the anger.
