I have an upcoming week long stay in Taipei in Apr 2019. I am considering whether to stay at Regent or Kimpton hotel in Taipei. Any guess which hotel will give me better "chance" of the stays to be considered for RA re-qualification for Y2020? I was not granted Kimpton IC for Y2019. Thanks for any insights.
