I have noticed that cancelled flights often disappear from the MMB on ba.com when rebooked and cleaned up. However they often stay on the app (I have one like that for a cancelled flight this Thursday).

Perhaps a little frustrating for those of us with a touch of OCD but not something which is going to cause a problem.
