Booked a CX J award using AA miles. They included my Middle name which follows my first name on my passport on the AA booking. However, when ticketed, CX did not include my middle name on the ticket. However, when I called AA twice and they said my middle name was included in the "secure boarding data" section of the booking with CX, so apparently they will be able to see my middle name even if it's not on the ticket?

I went to generate my boarding pass on CX site and received a warning saying my ticket and passport name did not match. When it pulls up my passport information on the site, my middle name is included, but still not on the ticket itself.
Any ideas?
