everyone pushes CC these days. Don’t know how AA does it currently, but Pre-merger, US was far worse than anything I’ve seen on UA ever or any other carrier. I think the FAs used to make 3-4 announcements on some flights, even just Northeast to FL, and walking down the aisles with a stacks of applications in hand. Placards covering entire tray tables (to be fair, UA did that at some point I think, but remember those being for destinations and not hawking cards). PHL was an obstacle course with the CC stalls, and those manning them far more aggressive then the folks hawking Chase cards at ORD.

Besides Rhapsody in Blue, the ‘Can I transfer you to Hertz for a rental car’ (and similar) stands out.
