The simple answer is that the maximum is 9 to 13 hours, depending on start time, and the routing. But I think it's a little more complicated than that, including total maximums within given periods (week / month / quarter). That's what I recall anyway from friend's spouse who works as an FA.
And sorry you were at the back on a Rouge...but at least you were in the warmth of the Carribbean!
