Unfortunately I did’t upgrade to the First Class. My flight from Koh Samui was delayed for an hour. I reached the Qatar Airways Premiun Lounge 55 minutes prior departure time. I asked for upgrade, they called somewhere and told me that is not possible. I asked again at the gate and they called again and told me is not possible.
