I went through a mock booking using the app. After selecting the outbound and return, I clicked on the flight and the following info arrived:

US$450 rebooking fee + fare difference
Non-refundable

SAS BUSINESS
Fare difference only for rebooking
Fully refundable unless part of ticket has been used, then it’s partially refundable
