At LAX that means the Admirals Clubs or the oneworld Business lounge (operated by Qantas) in the Tim Bradley International Terminal (but not the Flagship Lounge or the Qantas First Lounge in TBIT).
Non-AA based oneworld Emeralds would have access to the Admirals Clubs, Flagship Lounge and or the Qantas First Lounge in TBIT.
Not entirely correct. Any non-AA OW Sapphire or OW Emerald would be able to access the Flagship Lounge when traveling on a OneWorld flight. So a BA Silver traveling in economy on LAX-SAT will have access to both the AA Flagship Lounge and the OW Business Lounge.
