Unless your flight into FRA is scheduled to arrive early I would expect to be rebooked to a later flight FRA-WAW if you happen to misconnect in FRA. The next flights to WAW leave at 10:35 (LO) and 12:25 (LH) [I just checked the schedule for this upcoming Monday].
