It's not really from scratch. NWA had operated Asia flights from SEA for years, and it's not like there was not already a big airport there to begin with.
No one is talking about the single D1 seat in the last row, why is there no single seat on the right side?
It does not look like lavs or closets are demarcated on the maps, so I would assume that the other side where there is not seat is space for one or the other. Who knows, maybe DL is finally planning to launch mattress pads and they are adding more storage to J for them.
