I emailed Marriott about not receiving 7000 points from this promo. 3 4 night stays and 2 brands.
they wrote back and said to call.
i call tonight and rep says she has to check with supervisor. Tells me I didn’t have any promotion despite me registering and the offer showing on my app under registered promos up until the day after I emailed. Said she will submit a complaint for it.

How dumb can a company be I stayed 14 nights with Marriott in Jan. And literally living in hotels 5 nights a week for next year. Why wouldn’t you just give the damn 7000 lousy points. I’m sure I’ll get a boiler plate response telling me I’m SOL.

This program is a joke. I’m signed up for the plat challenge as well and will hit it next week if I don’t cancel my reservation. I’ve been at Hilton the last 3 weeks and points post automatically every time. Never thought I’d see the day where I chose HHonors over Marriott rewards.
