If you do go with Dewey Beach, book before the category changes take effect next month. It's going up to Category 5. And yes, there will be lots of people - many of them young, some older - partying in Dewey.

I'm staying at Ocean Resort in AC next month, so can't comment on that now. One other alternative would be the Centric in Virginia Beach if you're willing to drive a bit farther. Though again, that property is increasing to Category 5 next month, so book soon.
