If the entry was supposed to apply to the entire PNR for that airline's segments, yes, when it is deleted, it is entirely deleted, and another entry must be added to enter FF number on specific segments. This is demonstrated in my previous post. FF SSR (Special Service Request) entries are elements in the PNR, so it doesn't really matter how many tickets you have in that PNR. If it is removed, it is removed.
