SSR FQTV CX HK/ CXxxxxxxxxxx SAPPHIRE/GO
SSR FQTV CX HK/ CXxxxxxxxxxx SAPPHIRE/GO/S3
In the first form, the membership number is entered to all CX segments. In the second form, the membership number is only entered to segment number 3. Note that names take up lines as well, so for a one-person PNR, the first segment would be S2.
However, I do find that even when they said they only deleted FF for one sector, normally the whole trip got deleted. Even once my following MH flight the next day on a separate ticket also got deleted.

It doesn't really matter though as you can always claim back. I just never had any success experience with one sector credited and others not.
