We have 2 AAdvantage accounts that have 1542 and 1643 miles left in each account. They will expire soon and there is no chance additional miles will be added to them soon. What are the best value to redeem these small amount of miles. I see that AA.com website has option to redeem miles for magazine or newspaper. Are these the only option for using up the miles? I also saw they have option for redeem mile for gift card. Anyone know what kind of ratio of miles to gift card dollar value do they use?
