I've been trying to login for the last 20 minutes, but kept getting the message " Uh-oh! We're sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please try again later." The first phone agent I spoke with suggest resetting my password -- which I did even though I knew I had been entering the correct password. When that didn't work, I called again. Thew new agent called someone else at Delta, who confirmed that the system is currently down and they don't know when it will be back up. So -- if you're having difficulty logging in -- it's Delta, not you.
