The Emirates booking class shows J in their (quick reference) system (also on their website) and therefore you will be able to select seats in J etc. However, when making pre-flight reservations (you have to dial a special phonenumber) for the chauffeur-drive, your real booking class will pop-up and the chauffeur drive will not be available to you.
Give it a try anyway, maybe you get lucky with an agent not knowing the rules, but don't be disappointed...
