I have a couple of *A flights made this year (and late last year), which all of them had either crediting issues (incorrect % credited) or rejected because I upgaded a paid Y-fare to J (using miles). I've been sending them the request via their feedback form online - but I am getting a bit impatient as they are either not responding or coming back with not so intelligent answers.
Is there an alternative to get all these items settled - I don't want to keep following them as they take forever to response and since I have multiple items ongoing with them.
I would have thought that things would improve, but it seems it is getting worst (like their onboard service/quality).
