Stayed here last year April and found in general the service very patchy at the lounge- there was no self service drinks of any kind- hidden away in the room- and it took forever even though the lounge was half full. The breakfast is really sketchy - not sure is a Kuching wide problem as Pullman was probably even worse. The views from the lounge and suites (wall to wall windows) are exceptional, but the service really needs to improve.
