thanks. It was a 016 ticket and did not go back immediately. Called and the agent said typically you have to wait until the return ticket was used before they will manually credit back, but she’ll do me a favor and do it for me now.
Then I asked what happens if my return is not for a month or so, do I have to wait until the return trip to finish? She didn’t answer and thanked me for being a 1K member and hung up on me
. (But she did process the return so that’s good).
