my queston was “do Platinum Members have free access to executive lounge ?”

answer “we don’t have executive lounge”

It seems a waste of time to get in touch again with Waiyawut Watcharachatchawal / Assistant Reservation Manager, that I was intending free access to Club la boutique privilege. ...
