I was planning to use the Citi travel booking service to get a flight for my wife from EZE to GVA using my ThankYou points. However, when I searched for these in the ThankYou flight search, I got no results at all.

In fact, I found that I can't get results for any foreign city pairs. For example, very heavily traveled city pairs like LHR to FRA return no results at all. Changing the dates doesn't help either. And the flight search is working in general because I can get results for flights originating from the US.

Is this normal in the ThankYou booking system? I had counted on using my points to make that booking. Would booking by phone maybe have a better chance of finding the flights?
