Just checked some random fares/dates/regions, and it appears they did increase the change fees to $300 for US originating flights to destinations outside of Korea. US to ICN/other intra-Korea destinations have the same $120 fee.
That's odd, because UA recently
lowered its change fee on many TPACS to $120.
