The last two years I have e-mailed HHonors to get my lifetime stats to see how close I am to lifetime diamond status. Each response include a line that this will soon be posted on the website. It seems really inefficient to have people individually tabulate this for every inquiry. I would think Hilton would save expense and free up these employees to do something more productive. Is this really about to happen soon? Can anyone explain why Hilton does not expedite correcting this situation?
