Not going to eat breakfast at the hotel? I ask because that might be the issue about your room and the 3rd person. Obviously if you bring a child to breakfast it will be noted. If you were Platinum and get the two free breakfasts then the 3rd might be a question. Gold and not going to breakfast, I think it would be ridiculous to pay or charge for your 4 year old in the room and you could ask for the charge to be removed.
