Basically rollaway beds are complimentary, but you have to pay for an upgrade to put these beds in your room.
I had feared that this would be the case. I hope they decide to change this at some point, as I find it hard to believe that a 254 Sq meter room can't fit an extra bed. I expect it's more about $$$.
