All this time we are told SNAs are out of the properties hands. No wonder this process is starting to get used and abused by properties.
Properties may choose to not participate in the SNA program or limit the number of upgraded room types available for SNA selection and/or limit the number of rooms they make available in each SNA upgrade category.
They can also see incoming SNA requests.
