I flew with them LGW-BRU about 2 months ago. I will not fly with them again, unless there is NOTHING else... My flight was on an ATR72 in Club Europe. They use the South Terminal at LGW. As the South terminal is mainly used for charter flights it was really busy. The BA/Cityflyer lounge was a joke. I was not allowed to bring my carry-on aboard. Even though I have had it as a carry-on aboard several ATR72, even on Czech Airlines! After boarding they discovered that one engine was not working. We got stuck for 30 min in the aircraft with no a/c on the tarmac. There was no information about what was going on until after takeoff...

On the Cityflyer ATR72 the only difference between Club Europe and Economy is the food. I got a cold meal, in economy they served a sandwich. The seats are very narrow and the pitch is really bad. By the way Club Europe is in the rear end of the cabin on these aircraft.

I agree with mijne, do NOT spend your miles on their flights. I haven't been on their jet aircraft tough.
