What is CityFlyer Express?

What is CityFlyer Express?

A London based friend is flying soon to Europe on something called "CityFlyer Express" on a cheap £91 round trip ticket from Gatwick.

She says it has a flight number of BA 8191 ... so maybe the BA prefix means it is a British Airways "Shuttle" type flight? If so, someone here may be able to answer my query.

My question is, I owe her a favour. If it is a BA flight, and if these planes have a business class cabin, I'd like to use my points to upgrade her seats as a surprise.

Does anyone know this airline, and whether it does has a business class, and whether BA points (or QF points) can be used to upgrade it - and if so, what number of points does that take? One of you British Airways FT'ers might be able to assist?

I know UA policy and rules pretty well, but BA is all new territory for me!
